Shipping

• Free shipping for all categories.
• Your order is usually dispatched within 12-48 hours when your payment is received. We will deliver your order via EMS ( WORLDWIDE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE) to all over the world. Deliveries usually take 7-14 working days to arrive.
• The tracking number will be sent to you immediately after the order is dispatched. Then you can check the status of your parcel online.

Return / Exchange

Longchamp-Le-Pliage-Bags.com tries hard to provide you a pleasure purchasing experience. We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective, Please feel free to contact us in 7 days, and return the item back to exchange in good condition (including the packing) within 7 days.

We have strict quality inspection system from material to finished products, all products quality is guaranteed. For defective products, we can replace and make up for you without any reason. Once the items is returned, refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping cost and 10% re-stocking / handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Longchamp-Le-Pliage-Bags.com reserves the right to apply this charge to any exchange!

• We accept return / exchange service within 7 days from the date you receive the items.
• Please contact us for further instructions before you make return / exchange.
• All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered or unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Buyer will be responsible for return / exchange postage.
• You are strongly advised to send your item back using a traceable method as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. And 10% of your order amount will be charged as the commission charge.
• Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12-48 hours after orders placing, so please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order.
• Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
